The house designs, construction and energy.co2 emission levels will comply with the code for Sustainable Homes Level 6 rating (2016). This is achieved via a highly effective insulated/airtight building fabric, integrated building services and a platform of renewable technologies. The house will be available from June 2007 for a 4 year period, to all party alliance members to maximise their commercial interests for company meetings, training including client visits.
