Species
Canadian Douglas Fir
The small nature of the trees selected by Vincent Timber offers small and sound knots whilst the timber is dense and stable.
Canadian Western Red Cedar
When freshly felled, the heartwood often displays a variation in colour. The centre of the log may start as a dark chocolate-brown, changing to salmon pink.
European Larch
A heavy and dense product perfectly suited to external cladding applications, particularly in high footfall projects such as schools.
Sweet Chestnut
Thanks to the high quality log selected, our finger jointed options will easily meet BS11-86-3 class, creating less waste.
Thermally Modified Ayous
Part of our Elements Collection®. Thermo-Ayous is easy to maintain and possesses a smooth feel. It takes finishes/stains exceptionally well and machines easily.
Thermally Modified Radiata Pine
Thermally modified New Zealand plantation timber has enhanced stability, reduced resin content and is naturally durable. This species is part of our Elements Collection®, offering enhanced strength and stability.
Thermally Modified Tulipwood
A timber which has improved dimensional stability and resistance to decay following a heating process which changes the wood’s properties. This species is part of our Elements Collection®.
Thermowood Pine
Thanks to the controlled application of heat and steam, Thermowood Pine, part of our Elements Collection®, offers improved performance with minimum 30 year life-expectancy.
VTX Preservative Treated European Redwood
VTX Pigmented® / VTX Zero ® treatments offer a 30 year warranty when installed out of ground contact, providing low maintenance over the duration of installation.
Homegrown Cedar
Homegrown Cedar is part of our Heritage Collection, grown in the UK. It's sourced from well-managed forests, many are independently certified. It has a Class 3 durability with a life expectancy of around 30 years.
Homegrown Larch
As the name suggest this species is UK grown and is part of our Heritage Collection. It's sourced from well-managed forests, has a Class 3 durability and offers a 30 year life expectancy.
European Oak
Vincent Timber's Oak cladding is made from English Oak. It is extremely durable and has a long lifespan.

What are your lead times?
Our current leads times:
Ex. stock, 5 days
Machined to order, 7-10 working days
Additional processes such as fire treatment, coatings, cross cutting, drilling, and notching will increase lead times
How do I install the timber I bought from you?
We supply installation guides which will give you step by step instructions on the best way to install the cladding
