Our factory painted timber cladding is produced by working with top coating manufacturers including Remmers, Teknos and Morrells. We offer coated timber cladding in a range of translucent and opaque finishes.
Factory Coated Timber Cladding from Vincent Timber
Working with select species from the Vincent Timber range, we can offer a factory, pre-painted finish to your timber cladding. Options cover everything from popular grey or black cladding, through to more vibrant or pastel colours. For projects where something far from standard is required, our Cape Cod range offers colour matching from the RAL colour chart.
Alternatively to a standard translucent or opaque system, we can offer various pre-aged grey options with our Sivalbp range, or a coating system that will replicate the appearance of charred timber.
A factory applied coating system, applied in a dust free environment, under moisture and humidity controls, will ensure the coating performs as intended by the coating manufacture.
Arriving pre-finished will provide a significant time and cost saving on site. This also means boards will be ready to install from the day of delivery. Factory coating provides a consistent quality from the first board installed, to the very last. Film thickness of the coating will be the same on each board, ensuring not only a uniform look, with the same with the level of coating, but also the same performance from one to the next.
Species of Timber Cladding Recommended for Factory Coating
Not all species of timber are equal. Coating, moisture content, knot content and movement can all influence species selection and appropriate coating to pair with it.
